How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered across the EU in 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return any pair. Frames must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal at checkout.

Do your frames offer UV protection?

Yes. Every Nautilus Eyewear frame ships with UV400 lenses, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account anytime to check status.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across the EU. Wider international shipping is on the roadmap — keep an eye on our newsletter for updates.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the discount field at checkout. Bundle discounts apply automatically when the qualifying products are in your cart.

What if my frames arrive damaged?

Email us at hello@nautiluseyewear.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
