14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on any Nautilus Eyewear order.

Condition

Frames must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including the protective case and lens cloth. Items that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted.

How to start a return

Email hello@nautiluseyewear.com with your order number and the reason for return. While our custom domain is being set up, you can also reach us at nautilus.shades@gmail.com. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's processed.

Exchanges

For a different colorway or model, start a return for the original pair and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get the frames you want.
